Weddings - The Best Man’s Speech

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

By Eric Hartwell In wedding speeches, the center stage is on the best man who must speak with humor and interest. He must not be very loquacious and go on a minute-by-minute account of the life of the groom and steal from the couple the attention of the audience. It is the best man’s duty to respond to this toast on behalf of the bridesmaids. His speech should be light hearted and fun. The best man delivers the speech that gains most interest at a wedding, It is a burdensome task and one which will need careful planning and preparation to carry out successfully. The best man is an advocate of the groom. It is essential that the speech be suitably delivered so as to not cause either embarrassment or offense. A lot rides on the task. One must not, of course, be too boring but neither must one take over with verbosity or boisterousness. Be sensitive to the relationship between the best and and the groom. Remember the times that you have spent together and, perhaps, the reason why the groom picked you for this delicate task. There must be some form of bond and relationship between you otherwise the groom would not have selected you. Read widely and gather sample;e speeches. Think about what you are going to say well in advance and write it down. Rehearse it over and over. Have crib sheets or cars to prompt you during the speech itself (this prevents drying up). Remember that rehearsal may make the speech boring for you but, if done correctly, the audience will be impressed by the delivery which, don’t forget, they will be hearing for the first time. It is an honor to be chosen as best man at any wedding. Make the groom proud that he has chosen you. Carrying A Cell Phone Can Provide Crime Fighting Comfort

Tuesday, October 30th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Neil_Day]Neil Day Remember when you first heard about car phones? They were the precursor to the cell phone and all the expensive cars came equipped with one. At the time that was the most amazing thing ever! Then slowly people started to get the big bag cell phones for their car. Those guys, and they were primarily men, were pretty popular and had car phone bragging rights. Then came the clunky cell phone and everyone suddenly had bragging rights that they had a cell phone. Of course not everyone got one right away as they were still pretty costly and the cellular companies didnt have their networks all over, but it was the bragging rights that counted! I cant believe how much things have changed since then. Even in the deep country you can get cell phone coverage now. Little kids have their own cell phones (programmed with the parents phone numbers only) in cute colors that they can hang around their neck. Heck even my 88 year old grandma has her own cell phone! I think she might use it more than me too. Text messaging with cell phones is so common and used so much that commercials are even referencing the lingo. Dont know what idk, bff, ttfn, lol mean? Look them up fast! Those without cell phones are in the vast minority these days and are quickly approaching the weird, abnormal rating that those without TVs are already have. What makes cell phones so popular? I got my wife a cell phone originally for her safety. As a female she feels much more secure with instant access to 911 no matter where I am. You still need to use common sense and stay out of bad situations, such as walking at night, but just having a cell phone prevents crime. Dont believe me? One of my close friends experienced the crime preventing nature of the cell phone a few years ago. She was by herself making a Mary Kay delivery in broad daylight. As she left the clients house she was dismayed to see a group of teenage boys hanging around just a few cars down from hers. She quickly walked to her car, got in and thats when the guys surrounded her car and started to open the car door (she didnt have power locking in the car). She couldnt move as the car was surrounded so she pushed 1 and send (she had 911 set in memory for the number 1 on the phone pad). Right when she pulled that cell phone up to her face and yelled for help the entire group of guys split and ran off. She was very shaken, but completely unhurt. Cell phones frankly are a necessity for females. Mortgage Protection Life Insurance - Understanding The Basics

Monday, October 29th, 2007

By Claire Bowes Your house is a big investment - probably one of thebiggest you’re every likely to make. It is also the placethat you and your loved ones call home; a shelter and havenfrom the outside world. That’s why it is so important toensure that your home and family are protected in the eventof your death. It’s not a topic that any of us like todwell on, but the sad fact is that should you die and thefamily are no longer able to afford repayments on thehouse, they will lose the property and the roof from overtheir heads. Having a good life insurance policy in place to protectyour property in the event of your death is vital. When youdie, your family will have enough to worry about withoutthe added stress of how they are going to hold on to thefamily home. Your life insurance policy will ensure thatthis problem is eliminated, with the mortgage balance beingpaid in full upon your death. The main types of mortgage life cover The type of mortgage life insurance cover that you requirewill depend upon what type of mortgage you have, arepayment or an interest only mortgage. There are two maintypes of mortgage life insurance cover, which are: Decreasing Term Insurance Level Term Insurance Decreasing term insurance This type of mortgage life insurance is designed for thosewith a repayment mortgage. With a repayment mortgage, thebalance of the loan decreases over the term of themortgage. Therefore, the sum of cover with a decreasingterm insurance policy will also go down in line with themortgage balance. So, the amount for which your life isinsured should match the balance outstanding on yourmortgage, which means that if you die your policy will holdsufficient funds to pay off the remainder of the mortgageand alleviate any additional worry to your family. With the decreasing term insurance, the cover is usuallytaken out over the term of the mortgage, and payment ismade should you die during the term of the policy. Once thepolicy has expired, it becomes null and void, so you willreceive nothing at the end of your policy if you are stillliving. There is no surrender value on this type of cover, but it does provide a cost effective means of protectingyour home and family during the life of your mortgage. Level term insurance This type of mortgage life insurance cover is for thosethat have a repayment mortgage, where the principle balanceremains the same throughout the term of the mortgage andthe repayments made by the property owner cover theinterest payments on the mortgage only. The sum for which the insured is covered remains the samethroughout the term of this policy, and this is because theprinciple balance on the mortgage also remains the same. Therefore the sum assured is a fixed amount, which is paidshould the insured party die within the term of the policy. As with decreasing term insurance, there is no surrendervalue, and should the policy end before the insured dies nopayout will be awarded and the policy becomes null and void. Terminal illness benefit Both of the above types of cover normally include terminalillness cover, which means that the mortgage is clearedshould you be diagnosed with a terminal illness rather thanwaiting until you actually die. This helps to ensure thatyou do not have the additional worry of trying to meetrepayments when a terminal illness takes away your abilityto work and earn money, and at a time when the whole familyhas enough to worry about without having to stress aboutmeeting mortgage repayments. Critical illness cover Critical illness cover is another type of insurance policythat can be added on to either of the above mortgage lifeinsurance polices and provides an extra element ofprotection and peace of mind. This type of cover can alsobe taken out as a stand-alone policy, but usually provesmuch better value if simply added on to a main insurancepolicy. With critical illness cover you will be eligible for apayout in the event that you are diagnosed with a criticalillness. If you then go on to recover from the criticalillness, the payout is yours to keep but the policy becomesnull and void following your claim. The illnesses that arecovered by this type of policy are defined by the insurerso you should ensure that you check the terms when takingout critical illness cover. Adding critical illness cover to your policy will onlyincrease your repayments by a small amount, but can providevaluable protection if you are diagnosed as critically illand are therefore unable to work. With your mortgage repaidfrom the payout of this policy, you will not have theadditional worry of trying to keep a roof over your head ata time when you should be concentrating on trying to make arecovery. Summary As indicated by the features of the two main types ofmortgage life insurance cover, the policy you go for willdepend largely upon the type of mortgage you have. Bothtypes of cover offer value for money, with some really lowcost deals available. Of course, the amount that you paywill ultimately depend upon the level of cover you require. For total peace of mind it is always advisable to go for apolicy with critical illness cover incorporated into it. Having some form of mortgage life cover is essential toprotect your home and your family. After working hard tobuy your own property, the prospect of it being repossessedin the event of your death can be worrying both for you andfor your family. A mortgage life cover policy will ensurethat this does not happen, and will give your family thesecurity of knowing that whatever happens they will stillhave a roof over their heads. Weight Loss Plateau Beaters - Smash Through Stubborn Fat Loss Plateaus

Sunday, October 28th, 2007

By Craig Ballantyne Is your fat loss progress slowing down? Are you stuck at the same weight, the same body fat, or the same pant size? Inevitably, everyone comes across a fat loss plateau. For some, it sticks around longer than others, but no matter how long it lasts, a fat loss plateau is always frustrating. According to Tom Venuto, one way to burst through plateaus is to increase the intensity of your training. After all, if you aren’t getting results, it might simply mean that your training is not stimulating your body to change (so you can’t expect last month’s program to work again this month - that’s why the best workouts always recommend changing your program every 4 weeks). In addition to changing my client’s fat loss programs regularly, we use another training rule every workout to make sure that they are continuing to get results and avoid the dreaded fat loss plateaus. The rule: Try to set a personal best in each workout. Now the personal best can be accomplished in any weight exercise, bodyweight exercise, or even interval/cardio exercise. For example, for many of my female clients, we are often trying to set new records in different kinds of push-ups and chin-ups. Just Monday I challenged one of my gals to get 15 chest-to-the-floor real pushups. I knew she had it in her. And she did. 15 perfect pushups, smashing her old record by two. It’s no surprise she has the best, leanest arms of almost any woman in the gym. Even in my own workout today, I smashed a personal record in the flat DB chest press, getting 6 reps with the 110 pound dumbbells (my training partner and I had to drive half-way across the city just to find dumbbells that heavy!). And even if you are having a lousy day, and don’t have much energy, you can still try to set a personal record in a low-intensity ab exercise like the plank or side plank. The great thing is that even with a normal 6-exercise strength and interval workout, there are at least 36 opportunities to set a new personal best. First, you could set it in any of the 6 exercises. Second, there are at least 3 ways to do every exercise. So you could have a record for regular push-ups, close-grip pushups, decline push-ups, close-grip decline push-ups, etc. Third, you can set a repetition record or a weight record. I.e. You could aim to get 2 more reps than last week in your db row exercise, or you could use a heavier dumbbell (all with good form, of course). So that’s at least 36 possible ways to set a record with your strength training. And that doesn’t even count the ways that you could set a personal best in your interval training (increasing the distance covered, the time of the interval, the speed of the interval, or the number of intervals). You can even set a new record by completing one of the bodyweight circuits faster than ever. All it has to be is one personal best per workout. Keep a little spreadsheet at home and record your exercises, all the variations, and your rep record and weight records, and the date on which you set the record. Come back to that every week to update it and motivate yourself for your next workout. The “personal best” rule will increase your motivation and sense of accomplishment and get you back on the fat loss track. At the end of each workout, you’ll know that you still achieved progress - even if the scale hasn’t changed in a couple of days. How To Price What You Sell

Saturday, October 27th, 2007

By Joe Love If you sell products or services, you probably grapple every day with one of the most challenging issues faced by business owners worldwide: How much should I charge? This is often the major factor in business that makes every other factor pale in comparison. If you price your product or service right, you will pave a golden path to your own success and leave your competitors far behind. Price is the index that most customers use as perceived value. Some customers are comparison shoppers always looking for the lowest prices and will buy wherever they are able to get the lowest price. Some customers are not looking for the lowest prices but are looking for other benefits. While other customers are actually attracted to the highest prices, as they perceive a higher price to mean higher quality and exclusivity. Finally, there are customers who rarely do shopping based on price, but rather, rely on recommendations from friends, television commercials, or they look for special sales. Whichever type of customer youre dealing with price is always a consideration, which makes price-setting often the most difficult matter for the business owner to address. As a business owner you not only want to maximize sales, but you also want to turn the maximum profit on sales as well. This is why business owners always feel that they have to make a choice between great sales volume at small markup and less volume at a higher markup. Because of todays global competition many business owners operate under the premise that they have to sell at bargain prices. They feel that in order to get the maximum number of sales they can only have a minimum markup. But this is not necessarily true. Studies have shown that businesses that offer the lowest prices do not always achieve the highest sales volume because there are many other factors involved in a buying decision. So whats the first step in setting the right price for your product or service? The first step is to know exactly what type of product or service you are offering. Are you offering people a price-shopped product or service, or one that is results-shopped. The distinction is critical. Price-shopped items are essentially commodities, things, such as the items youd find at a grocery store. People buy things wherever they find the lowest price. A results-shopped item is totally different. If your customers are looking for a particular result, a certain sense of fulfillment or inner satisfaction, then you as a business owner have much more flexibility, and a better chance to make a nice profit when setting your prices. You should always try to move your business toward the results-shopper business category and away from the price-shopper category. But sometimes you are at least temporarily trapped in the commodity pricing structure. If you must price low, then it is to your advantage to price even lower than your competition, but when you do this make your low price contingent upon the customer buying some other product or service, or some combination of services or products, that have small profit margins. With pricing you always need to remember that you might have to be a commodity in the first part of a transaction, but not beyond that point. For example if you offer a product that is heavily price shopped, then offer a bigger package. Refuse to compete on a commodity basis. If your competition is selling an item at a certain low price, then dont sell that item alone. Instead package several of them together at an incredible price, a price where you can get a purchasing advantage in quantity, and one you use to make a good profit while offering your customers superb value. The most important thing with pricing, is to always test. Often times youll discover that youre under priced out of nothing more than intimidation from your competitors pricing. The market will always tell you whether or not you’ve priced your product or service right Always be willing to stretch and expand a deal, even if your have to bid competitively. For example suppose youre bidding on a job that calls for painting a building, and you make it a package bid, one that also includes stripping, caulking, waterproofing, etc. If your combined price is much lower than the separate bids theyve gotten from others to paint the building, then you will not only land the job but make a good profit as well. Unless youre willing to price in a innovative proactive and inventive way, youll always be at risk of selling products at less than you pay for them. Youll always be at risk of losing profits and going out of business all together. Most businesses fight price wars just to generate customer traffic. But unless you have a well-strategize plan of action behind what youre doing, you cant possibly profit from a price war. In fact, in most price wars, nobody wins. Instead of rushing into a price war, you should instead position your customers to make repeat purchases from you. You should do this when the customer makes his or her first purchase, and then make sure that the additional things he or she buys from you arent being sold at a loss, or at only a small profit. Youll often find out that you dont have to discount as deeply and as broadly as you originally thought. Customers can be tough, demanding, and difficult at times but rarely will they deny you the opportunity to make a profit. More often than not, business owners psych themselves down the price scale. It would be tragic if you found out by testing that youve been denying yourself 50% more profit on half or three -quarters of the services you sold just because you were afraid to ask customers to pay what the items were worth to them. This is why you must test your pricing. Never leave your prices to chance. Youve got too much to lose or gain. And in business you always have to be gaining. Bark Mulch - What Makes it So Popular For Gardeners?

Friday, October 26th, 2007

By George Kerr Mulch is very important for any gardener; it doesn’t matter whether you are an experienced gardener or if you have just moved into your first home. Luckily bark mulch is not expensive and very easy to apply to your garden no experience required. What Is It? Bark mulch is produced from tree bark which is shredded. Bark that is used can come from oak, pine, cedar and other soft and hardwood trees. When the bark breaks down the nutrients go into the soil and help feed your plants, trees and flowers. Where To find It? Bark mulch is very easy to purchase and can be found at your local gardening store. Alternatively you can make your own bark mulch by buying a piece of equipment called a chipper. They are fairly expensive so should only be bought if you plan on shredding lots of wood for your garden. For the majority of gardeners, buying ready made bark mulch is the easiest and can also be bought in varying quantities and sizes to suit your needs. What To Do With It? People use bark mulch in different ways but you will probably put it in areas where grass cannot grow such as underneath shrubs and trees. You can create and neat and tidy look by laying the mulch in a circle under trees and then using edging such as bricks or slabs. Because grass cannot generally grow under trees and shrubs, laying mulch can give you much nicer look as well as preventing the growth of horrible weeds, reduces water evaporation and protects the soil. You can also use bark mulch in the same way in your gardens. By putting it along the soil, around the roots of your plants, you are going to insure that you will see quite a difference in not only how your plants grow and look, but the overall appearance of your garden as a whole. Remember that when you are using bark mulch you should be looking for mulch that is organic and does not have any chemicals in it, because the chemicals might hurt your soil or your plants. It is always best to buy natural bark mulch. George Kerr enjoys spending lots of time in the garden, for more helpful hints and tips on Gardening and Home Improvement visit his website Finer Living. Lead Type Values (for non-instore sales)

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

By Daniel Wadleigh If you want to sell a product, you must get in front of potential customers. This is accomplished by generating leads. Leads can be generated in all sorts of ways, and different methods produce different relative close ratios. There are basically two major kinds of leads: you go to them, or they come to you! The “they come to you” type of lead usually has a much higher close rate than the other. The reason for this is that the ones who come to you are predisposed to at least investigate, and have taken action - completely of their own volition. This kind of lead, assuming the potential customer is able to acquire your product or service, is usually above 50% in closing potential. The lead generation techniques and their relative close rates for professional sales people are as follows: 1. Referral - a lead from a happy customer 85% 2. Broad-base advertising response 65% 3. Home Shows 30% 4. Direct Mail 5% 5. Telemarketing (depending upon pre-qualification) 30-40% The first three sources of leads represent the customer being predisposed, originally instigating the action to inquire, and most likely a good candidate for the application. Part of the lower rates for direct mail, telemarketing and home shows is related to the ability of the potential customer to buy and the validity of his use of the product or service. Besides the obvious, that milking referral leads is a golden opportunity, there is more to this than meets the eye. To run a managed lead generating/sales program, it takes more than raw money and “trying something.” As previously described, you have to get past break-even in cash slow, ASAP. Therefore, within your means, you should consider trying most of the lead generation techniques and monitoring the number of leads, the number of sales and thus determining the cost-per-sale of each generating device. There are a lot of variables involved in each of the types of lead generating devices. Some forms will obviously be more profitable in different exterior climates (bearing in mind that want, need and fear are the buying motives). In troubled economic times, referrals and direct mail should control the flow of leads. In times of any shortage (fear), media advertising (positioning) will suffice. Besides developing referrals, which lead source is best suited for your business. After testing, monitor, adapt and continue monitoring. If They’re Not Coming to You… You get phone calls or visits when people have decided to act. They may not all buy, but at least they’re kicking the tires. You also get phone calls and visits when people respond to an ad of yours. Again, they may not buy, but they have responded. These are both times in which they took the initiative to do something. The first scenario may will be a sale for someone, if not you. The second situation is also a possible sale, for someone. The first scenario is one in which you really have no control. These calls or visits represent unexpected but hoped-for business. The second situation is one with a little more control in it, but still does not have a very high success rate. There is a third choice. This scenario is the vast number of potential customers out there who have been “thinking about it” but haven’t been motivated enough to spend time, effort and money. Direct response marketing says, “I’m asking you to make a decision.” This is by far the lowest close rate, but it is predictable and profitable! The first step is to entice them, when they weren’t really looking for it, to make a decision. This can be done through drawings, contests and other kinds of give-always that cause them to come by, call in, or stop and fill in a coupon. As part of the whole promotion event, you get them re-exposed to your product line. But, they were not predisposed to considering this, so you need to have an enticing reward for their attention and time. For example, have you ever gone to a free dinner to get pitched about a “timeshare”, or to learn about the Internet? Can you imagine how many magazine subscriptions Publisher’s Clearinghouse sells to give away $10 million? And remember, Ed McMahon doesn’t work for free, either! Finding the Right Bottle for Your Bottle Garden

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

By Lisa Koosis Bottle gardens, once a staple of upper-class Victorian homes, are making a comeback. From quaint wine jugs to terrariums capable of sustaining small reptiles or hermit crabs, bottle gardens are a great addition to a houseplant lover’s collection. They’re fairly simple to make, easy to care for, and beautiful to look at. One question many would-be bottle gardeners have when starting out is: where can I find something suitable to start a bottle garden in? The answer is: just about anywhere. But if you’re having trouble finding just the right container, here are some ideas for places to search: — Aquarium supply stores or pet shops: Any place that sells fish tanks or aquarium supplies is a great place to find containers for your bottle gardens. These places don’t just sell plain old rectangular tanks anymore. You can find shapes such as hexagons and tubes and even large, round goldfish-bowl style aquariums. Any of these would make a great setup for your bottle garden. — Garage sales: It’s amazing what people get rid of, and occasionally you can find old glass bowls, wine jugs, and glass canister sets. Don’t be afraid to think creatively. Almost any attractive glass container can be transformed into a beautiful bottle garden. — Secondhand shops and antique stores: Like garage sales, these places have a wealth of items. A plus is that you’ll find things here that you won’t find in a more generic retail establishment, and you never know what find will spark your inspiration. — House & home stores: Stores that sell household goods are great places to find a container for your bottle garden. From decanters to cookie jars, anything glass is game. — Craft shops: Craft shops often offer up more unusual possibilities for bottle garden containers. Possibilities include oversized brandy glasses used for floating candles and bowls and containers for arranging flowers and centerpieces in. Other great places to look are candle shops, party supply stores, and flea markets, dollar stores, and even your own basement or attic. Most importantly, when you’re shopping for containers for bottle garden, bring your creativity and your imagination and let it take the lead. You’ll be surprised at the plentiful choices you’ll find. How to Choose or Grow the Perfect Tomato

Sunday, October 21st, 2007

By Gary Nave The best part of summer is a fresh, sun-warmed red juicy vine ripened tomato. Depending on where you live this can be a long or short season. So how do you pick a tomato in your local store? One important trait is its smell. If it looks like a tomato and smells like a tomato, it is a good tomato to pick. Choose a tomato with no bruises or cracks. Always try to support your local growers in your community for their fresh vegetables. There are three different types of tomatoes. They are cherry tomatoes- good for salads and eating, plum tomatoes- good for sauce, soups and canning and don’t forget the slicing tomatoes-great on a fresh bread on those hot summer days. Tomatoes should be left on the counter and most importantly never refrigerate them. Nutritionist have been saying that tomatoes are good for you because they contain Lycopene. “Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant abundant in red tomatoes and processed tomato products, it may help prevent prostate cancer and some other forms of cancer, heart disease, and other serious diseases”, according to lycopene.org. If you look out on my deck you will see the most beautiful tomatoes ever. I know this because our neighbors are constantly checking over our fence and it is not so see us. This is because we found a fool proof way to grow tomatoes with very little work. The secret is using “Earth Boxes” earthbox.com. Once you fill the earth box with all that is required, soil, lime and fertilizer you go to your local garden center and purchase tomato plants. The tomato plant is contained in the box and the soil is covered so there is no weeding. Earth boxes are self watering containers so you can’t over water your plants. This is great because it takes up very little space. Just place them where you get lots of sun and water as needed about every 1-3 days. Personally, I choose to grow the beefsteak variety along with sweet 100 cherry tomatoes. Don’t forget to plant some green leaf lettuce for completely fresh salads during the summer. Now what do you do with all these tomatoes? How about canning? Sauce? Salsa? The possibilities are endless. Go online for many recipes and suggestions. Marketing Secrets #101- Your Most Important Sale

By Sanford Barris Which sale is the most important one you will ever get from a client? I’ll bet you’re thinking it’s your first sale with a new client. Well, it’s not. It’s surprising to find out that a second-time buyer is at least twice as likely to buy from you again, when compared to a first-time buyer. The second-time client will usually buy again because you have proved that you add value to his/her life. The customer who has had his/her wants and needs fulfilled comes back for more. It’s very important to know where your profits will be made. They are either made on the ‘front end,’ at the time of the first sale, or they are made on additional, ‘back-end’ sales. Are your products/services the type that will result in repeat business? If so, your initial sale could be small, but be designed to lead to many larger and more profitable sales. Most businesses profit more from additional sales than they do from first sales. For that reason, it’s important to know whether you want a customer for the long term or if you’re making a ‘one-shot’ sale. Is your marketing designed to generate additional sales, or is your focus more ’single sale’ oriented? QUOTE: ‘Wisdom is knowing what to do next, skill is knowing how to do it, and virtue is doing it.’ - David Starr Jordan Although ‘back-end’ sales are vital to the survival of most businesses, one of the biggest mistakes that many businesses make is NOT capturing valuable client information so that they know which customers are returning to buy again. If you don’t keep client information showing which customers are coming back to you, then you can’t use this information to stay in contact with them and sell them more products/services. I have gone into a local hobby store several times during the last three weeks. Do you think they have ever asked me for any of my contact information? Do you think they are keeping track of the models or supplies that I have been purchasing? Over the course of these three weeks I have easily spent at least $200.00 on various products/services for my son. You would think that they would want to make sure I had a good reason to come back. Now, if they had asked for my info and tracked the types of things I had purchased, they could then mail (or email) me marketing offers relating to what I had been buying. If they had my contact information, then they could let me know about upcoming sales or special offers. And if they haven’t got my information, then they probably don’t have information on other customers either. The point I’m making here is that by not capturing this information, they may be leaving a lot of money out of their cash register. QUOTE: ‘Autumn is a second spring where every leaf is a flower.’ - Albert Camus Many businesses are not overly concerned with making a profit on the first sale to a new client because they have calculated that their profits will come from future sales. In other words, they know that they will profit from repeat sales to existing clients. If you know that one out of every three customers who makes a purchase from your business will purchase repeatedly, you can take a reasonable loss on your first sale. The key is getting them in the door the first time. If you can do that, then you know that you will profit in the future. So some of your marketing efforts should be designed to ‘hook’ the first time buyer. But it is equally important that some of your marketing efforts are designed to bring repeat customers back to you. Does your marketing strategy include efforts to both bring in new customers and keep the ‘back-end’ sales coming in? ** Attn Ezine editors / Site owners **Feel free to reprint this article in its entirety in your ezine or on your site so long as you leave all links in place, do not modify the content and include our resource box as listed above.
